Dave Donaldson

This post has been several weeks in the making, but as you can see from the title, I've joined Telligent. My official title is Senior Software Development Engineer and I'll be working on the core product team for Community Server. I'm really looking forward to working with some very sharp people (as the interview process certainly proved), and it'll be awesome getting to work with Jayme again.

(And yes, to state the obvious, joining Telligent ends my three year run as an independent consultant. I initially had some mixed feelings about it, but those are over and done with. I'll write much more about my shift in direction in a later post.)

I'm taking this week off to detach, get refreshed, and get things organized around the house (since I'll be working from home), and then will start with a nice clean slate on Oct. 1. Can't wait.
